A recent report from the Attorney General of Massachusetts states that Dignity Health – St. Rose Dominican Hospital de Lima was compromised due to a cyber security attack at R1 RCM on November 17, 2023. The company launched an investigation and confirmed that an unauthorized party was able to access information belonging to patients of Dignity Health. Data breach letters were sent out by R1 RCM in March 2024 informing affected individuals about the nature of the incident and compromised data.
