This breach was disclosed following a cyber security incident at R1 RCM, which may have affected an unknown number of individuals, potentially exposing sensitive personal information. - names, - contact information, - dates of birth, - Social Security numbers, - locations of services, - clinical information, - diagnosis information, - patient account numbers - and medical record numbers   ## Data Breach Incident Details A recent report from the Attorney General of Massachusetts states that Dignity Health – St. Rose Dominican Hospital de Lima was compromised due to a cyber security attack at R1 RCM on November 17, 2023. R1 learned that an unauthorized party was in possession of Dignity Health patients' sensitive information. The company launched an investigation and confirmed that an unauthorized party was able to access information belonging to patients of Dignity Health.
