According to a notice posted by the vendor, patient information connected to Eastside Gynecology & Obstetrics was involved in a security incident at Aesto Health, an outside data services provider. The breach occurred on December 18, 2025, when the vendor's network was accessed without authorization. Information exposed in the breach reportedly included names, dates of birth, medical information, driver's license numbers, financial account numbers, and Social Security numbers.
