The incident reportedly occurred on or about May 6, 2026. Information exposed in the breach reportedly included names, dates of birth, medical information, and health plan coverage information. Affected individuals were notified through a notice posted by Sunshine Health. The breach was reported to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in July 2026.
