What Happened?

According to a notice filed with the Massachusetts AG Office, Morris Communications reported a data breach involving its Questo, Inc. operations. Files were reportedly accessed between October 1, 2025, and October 9, 2025. Information exposed in the breach reportedly included full names, dates of birth, driver's license and passport numbers, Social Security numbers, financial account information, and payment card information. Affected customers were notified by mail beginning July 17, 2026. The unusual network activity was reportedly detected on October 9, 2025, and the review of the affected files was later completed. Complimentary identity monitoring services were offered to those affected.
