What Happened?

According to a notice filed with the Massachusetts AG Office, Kiewit Corporation detected unauthorized access to an employee Microsoft 365 account. The date the breach occurred has not been disclosed. Information exposed in the breach reportedly included full names, mailing addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, and protected health information. Affected individuals were notified by mail beginning August 21, 2026. The review to identify affected individuals was completed on July 24, 2026. Current and former employees and independent contractors were among those notified.
