What Happened?

According to a notice filed with the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office, unusual activity was detected in the IMS Care Center email environment. The breach occurred between June 17, 2026 and June 18, 2026. Information exposed in the breach reportedly included names, addresses, Social Security numbers, and medical information. Affected individuals were notified by mail beginning October 16, 2026. The review of the affected information was not completed until September 30, 2026.
