What Happened?

According to a notice posted by Health Prime International, an unknown actor claimed to have taken patient information held by Tebra Technologies, a platform used by Health Prime International. The breach was discovered on or around August 3, 2026. Information exposed in the breach reportedly included names, addresses, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, medical information, and health insurance information. Affected individuals are expected to be notified by mail. The affected patients received care from physician groups and hospitals that use Health Prime International for billing services.
