A cyberattack on a third-party vendor used by BAYADA exposed sensitive medical and personal information belonging to home health clients, including Social Security numbers. If you received a data breach notification letter from BAYADA, our data breach lawyers want to hear from you.

What Happened?

According to a notice filed with the New Hampshire AG Office, BAYADA was affected by a data security incident at its third-party vendor, Doctor Alliance. The breach occurred between October 31 and November 6, 2025, and again between November 14 and November 17, 2025. Information exposed in the breach reportedly included names, dates of birth, medical and treatment information, health insurance information, and, for some individuals, Social Security numbers. Affected individuals were notified by mail beginning January 30, 2026. Doctor Alliance notified BAYADA of the incident on December 4, 2025, and BAYADA has since discontinued its use of the vendor.

If you are a patient who received care from BAYADA, you may be entitled to compensation. Fill out the form below to see if you qualify.
