What Happened?

According to a notice filed with the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs, Saber Healthcare Group, which operates Autumn Care facilities, was affected by a data breach. The date of the breach has not been disclosed. Information exposed in the breach reportedly included full names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, medical information, health insurance information, and financial account information. Affected individuals were notified by mail. Unauthorized activity in company systems was detected on July 27, 2026.
