What Happened?

According to a notice filed with the Vermont AG Office, the network of Atrium Centers was accessed without authorization. The breach occurred on October 8, 2025. Information exposed in the breach reportedly included Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, medical record numbers, and health insurance information. Affected individuals were notified by mail beginning in November 2025. The unauthorized access was discovered on October 13, 2025, after files were accessed over a period of several days. Current and former patients, responsible parties, and employees were identified as affected.
