Data breach letters were sent out by Rancho Family Medical Group on March 11, 2024 informing affected individuals about the nature of the incident and compromised data.

These include California, including Menifee, Sun City, Fallbrook, Cal Oaks, Redhawk, Makena, Hot Springs, Hemet, and Single Oak. Rancho Family Medical also operates an urgent care facility and a pediatric practice in Temecula.
