Data Breach Incident Details

A recent report from the Attorney General of California states that the Enroll Confidently was compromised due to a cyber security incident. On February 13, 2024, Enroll Confidently identified there was suspicious activity within its computer network. They learned that an unauthorized party gained access to the company’s IT network on February 13, 2024. The unauthorized party also gained access to certain files containing confidential consumer information. Data breach letters were sent out by Enroll Confidently on August 16, 2024, informing affected individuals about the nature of the incident and compromised data.

Enroll Confidently created a platform that covers the employee lifecycle, which ranges from onboarding, enrollment in benefits, and through the last day of employment. They also provide a range of related services, including benefits administration, carrier data feeds, onboarding support, and reporting & analytics. Enroll Confidently, Inc. is a company based out of Spokane, Washington.
