LCPtracker Data Breach Class Action Investigation

A recent report from the California Attorney General's office indicates that LCPtracker experienced a data breach when unauthorized activity was detected in their online storage account environment. The company's investigation revealed that an unknown party gained access to their systems between August 14 and August 20, 2024, successfully removing files containing sensitive consumer data. The specific types of information exposed in this breach have not been publicly disclosed in the Attorney General filing. However, affected individuals will receive personalized notifications detailing their compromised information. Data breach letters were sent out by LCPtracker on November 22, 2024, informing affected individuals about the nature of the incident and compromised data.
