A recent report from the Attorney General of Massachusetts states that the Kutchins, Robbins & Diamond was compromised due to a cyber security attack on May 31, 2023. Kutchins detected suspicious activity within an employee’s email account prompting them to secure their email system and launch an investigation. It was confirmed that an unauthorized party was able to access the employee email account which allowed the unauthorized party to view certain emails and attachments containing confidential consumer information. Data breach letters were sent out by Kutchins, Robbins & Diamond on February 26, 2024 informing affected individuals about the nature of the incident and compromised data.
