Keenan & Associates posted a website notice that stated that on August 27, 2023, parts of their network were disrupted, prompting them to contain the issue and launch an investigation. It was confirmed that an unauthorized party accessed the network, including files containing confidential member information. Data breach letters were sent out by Keenan & Associates on behalf of Prime Healthcare Employee Health Plan informing affected individuals about the nature of the incident and compromised data.
