Cisiv is Alexion’s vendor that was breached, who acted as a subcontractor to another vendor, PPD, that Alexion had engaged to handle the REMS database. Data breach letters were sent out by Alexion Pharmaceuticals on May 14, 2024 informing affected individuals about the nature of the incident and compromised data.
